A recent report titled 'Flexible Space in Asia Pacific' by commercial property moguls JLL reveals that the greatest growth market for the shared office sector so far this year is Asia Pacific. The supply of flexible workspace in the region has skyrocketed by 36 per cent, surpassing both Europe and the US.
Reduced costs, flexibility and the fact that corporate companies are buying into the coworking concept are some of the principle factors driving the demand for flexible workspace across the continent.
