2. 48 Wall Street

This flexible workspace is creative, diverse, nurturing and welcomes anyone with a community-oriented mindset. With a choice of co-working desks and private suits, it can accommodate any business type, from the fledgling startup to the established brand. It’s pretty stylish too.

3. 1412 Broadway

It definitely doesn’t feel like the same ol’ daily grind at The Grind. In fact, this workspace describes itself as the ‘antidote to offices’. A stone’s throw from 12 different subway lines, this is perhaps the most conveniently placed offices in New York City. This office was built in 1955 in the International fashion, a modernist architectural style which evolved in the ’20s and ‘30s. WeWork occupy the 12th-14th levels of this 26-story skyscraper, making for impressive views of the New York skyline. And with a dartboard in the breakout area, hitting targets has never felt so satisfying.

5. 101 Avenue of the Americas

This 23-story, class-A office building is situated on one of the most famous thoroughfares in Lower Manhattan- that’s Sixth Avenue to New Yorkers. It’s part of a trendy neighbourhood steeped in history and is both a business and tourist hotspot.
